Basic Info BioRecovered restaurant server now happily working in wine retail. I ride my bike to work every day, and it's the most beautiful view that greets me each time. There is an herb graveyard in my apartment. They need water from time to time, or so I'm told. I have the utmost respect for anyone who successfully gardens.
My LJ is friends only. Feel free to introduce yourself and/or friend me, but there are no promises that I will do the same.
I like wine a lot. Interested? I suggest that you burn every copy of Wine Dictator, or any other similar publication, in your possession. Wine isn't about buying what someone else says is good and everyone else is drinking because they've been told it's good. It's similar to meditation - you can talk all you want, yet direct experience is the only path to true understanding. Stop talking, start drinking. Cheers!
